XOXO Clothing Line : Window Theater

Nothing will surprise me anymore. Everybody knows that sex sells in advertising, but this marketing stunt for female clothing line XOXO in New York is crossing the line way too much.
The scene in a young woman’s apartment is recreated in a holiday window display where two “living mannequins” models try on clothes, flip through magazines and even paint each other’s fingernails. After dark they switch to evening wear and spend hours getting dressed for a night on the town. All in front of curious onlookers.

I fully agree. Problem is that it will generate awareness but feww people will recall the brand!
