Toronto agency Doug & Serge has done a great job in creating the “Short Attention Span” campaigns for Canadian Film Centre’s Worldwide Short Film Festival running from June 1-6.
People are growing impatient day by day and everyone seems to be in a hurry. Nobody has time for nobody and we are just not ready to listen these days. These campaigns correlate that insight with short films beautifully and present in hilarious situations.

“The farm – Struggle for existence.”
Farmen (The farm) is a famous TV-show in Norway where the participants are “sent”
100 years back in time. There they have to live like they once did in 1910. To promote
the show they took a nice toilet in a restaurant and sent it 100 years back in time.

“Mosquito problems? ThermaCELL is your most effective portable protection against mosquitoes and black flies. The device chases away up to 98 percent of stinging insects within a radius of 4.5 meters, and outdoor applications are virtually unlimited. Protect yourself from mosquitoes - all over!”
It had the potential to be a good campaign but fell short in the copy department. Such a long and boring copy doesn’t help.
