In local cities all over Europe are people already paying attention to the giant AEG-Electrolux posters, which are measuring and displaying ambient noise levels. In London, the kids are deliberately shouting at the poster to raise the noise levels! AEG - Electrolux and blowUP are hosting this campaign to raise awareness on the issue of noise in and outside of the people’s homes and offer AEG laundry products as a solution to minimise it.

Kingfisher Vs Jet : Sky Wars

April 16, 2008 – 12:24 pm by Bibhuti | No Comments »

Kingfisher Vs Jet

The war of sky is back again and poor Jet Airways is loser again. Last year Jet started a campaign saying “We’ve changed” and Kingfisher hijacked the whole campaign by placing a hoarding just above it claiming “We made them change“. With no place to hide, Jet was forced to withdraw the campaign and started a new one with message “Take Off To New York Daily“. Kingfisher again changed its hoarding which stated, “They’ve flown from here to New York.” I bet Jet would have fired it’s agency for the brilliance of other side.

Kingfisher Vs Jet

A new year but the same result. Jet put up an outdoor campaign for JetLite stating, “Our smile lights up 502 flights to go over 50 cities every day” with pictures of their smiling staff. Deccan put up its hoarding next to this, which said, “We’d rather you smile :)”, with pictures of their smiling customers.

I hope Jet takes this sportingly and gets ready for the battle which will spice up the usually boring outdoor campaigns.

This one is the biggest billboard in Russia. It’s square size is more than one and a half acres! (6000 m2). It is situated in the center of Moscow city and has a few full size cars sticked to it, with back lights and headlights on in the evening.

Wow!! How can people escape this campaign ? This is definitely going to generate huge curiosity and people are going to talk about this largest billboard in the world.

This is one of the first in it’s league ie. Interactive Billboard. An image which depicts the current affair in the world is put along with two options to vote. People can vote through SMS and the count keeps changing. Interesting idea.
