On both sides of the crossing were sponge cushions placed, soaked in green environmentally friendly washable and quick dry paint. This way footprints represents green leafs. Hope worldwide India : Old is the new New

“For many, your old book is as good as new.
Donate an old book today.”

Challenge

Inspire people to donate old books for ‘Slum Children Education Programme’.

Solution

Their idea was based on a simple thought that “An old book is new to people who haven’t read it”. To execute the idea, they gathered several old books and packaged them exactly like new ones. Wrapped in transparent plastic sheets, the books were placed among the new books in about 50 popular book shops in Delhi, India. On stumbling upon the old books every reader was greeted with an inspiring message that urged him to donate his old books. The response was delightful. Hundreds felt touched and registered. The idea acted as a trigger, readers who could see the difference, could make a difference.

Hunky Dorys Potato Chips : Irish Rugby

Hunky Dorys Potato Chips : Irish Rugby

Hunky Dorys Potato Chips : Irish Rugby

Sex sells. This is a universal fact and has been exploited since ages specially in advertising. A campaign for Hunky Dorys potato chips showing scantily clad females playing Rugby and with suggestive headlines has hit Ireland. This is a clear attempt to target young male market but has not gone down well with Irish rugby officials.

Lian Schreuder, the Belgian blonde featured as one of the ‘team captains’ in the racy ads which appeared on billboards this week, said she didn’t find the context sexist at all — and was taken aback by the reaction.

As far as the company is concerned, they must be pretty with the limelight and buzz this campaign has created. Any publicity is good publicity and the brand has made it to the public consciousness.
